Old Tools with New Uses?

Sweet! I think I may have figured out a new, better way to make the tutus for my little Lulu Penguins! Will my scalloped scrap-book scissors do what I think they'll do? And, if they do, think of how many different, cheap scissor patterns there are! Updates to come.
